The 1040 portal will give you access to your personal tax return.   To get a Sneak Peak at a Sample questionnaire the Username is "FEI" and the password is "333224444" To navigate in the Web Questionnaire DO NOT use the "Back" or "Forward" buttons rather use the "Tabs" on the top left or the "Links" on the top right to return to the main page.
